Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or otherwise engaging Drain Pipes, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Scope of Service
Drain Pipes provides licensed and insured plumbing services across Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana. The scope of any specific job — labor, parts, and pricing — is described in a written estimate or work order before work begins.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are based on the information provided and a visual inspection. If hidden conditions are discovered during the work (e.g. concealed damage, code-required upgrades), we will pause, notify you, and request your approval before proceeding with any change order.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and electronic transfer. Past-due balances accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Indiana law.
Workmanship Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for one year from the date of service against defects under normal use. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, freezing, or work performed by others after our visit.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drain Pipes's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Cancellations & Access
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a non-emergency appointment. The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area and for keeping pets secured.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Allen County, Indiana.
